Is there a harness hidden in my wagon somewhere? It has the tow pack but has never had a hitch installed.

Thanks, Jon

No harness from the factory. Tow pack is just gears, brakes, mechanical fan.

They do make a trailer harness just for these cars: http://www.amazon.com/Trailer-Wiring-Caprice-Roadmaster-Estate/dp/B00CFSZRHQ

Not sure about the brake controller, though. Never had to tow anything that large.

Does anyone have recommendations a where to pass through the firewall and where to mount the fuse junctions in the engine bay for a nice clean install?

Thanks, Jon

I believe there is an auxiliary power stud on the LT1 cars engine bay fuse box.

Doesn't appear to be one in my '96. I'll probably jump the Alternator stud.

Top of passenger wheelwell at engine bay fuse/relay box. Right behind it you will find a stud with a black cap over it and it says "AUX" on the cap.

Is there an easy tap point like that on my '89 Buick?

Thanks, Paul
