looking to replace the colum on the my 93 wagon and wanted to know if I could use a steering colum from a different buick w/ very little hassle . was thinking of one out of a Park Ave or Lasabre . thanks for the help . I tried doing a search but fell short .

Not sure, but I think all the B-body steering columns are interchangeable. (Don't quote me on that - I'm not 100%)

]Not sure either , are the folks that are using the steering wheels w/ the radio controls just using the wheel and not the whole thing ?

I put one in my Caprice from a Roadmaster with no problems. All I did was remove the sensor at the end of the Buick column by pulling the spring lock, pulled the sensor off by hand and put the lock back in. Switch the ignition lock out from your old column or a new one and done.

The 94-96s may have a little different wiring, because of the anti-theft, and has the resistor key. Any 91-93 should bolt right in. You can use the key that fits the replacement column, if you can get it. That would save you a few steps in the swap.
