| This: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]It sure would look cool, but by the time you buy all the wire, and the intake set up you will have a $300 cold air set up worth maybe 5 horse power.... maybe 10 at best. That sound like a lot of work for very little power. What about this set up? Uses stock parts, might cost $20 bucks between the JY and epoxy. Just need to do some cutting and a little glue/epoxy. The battery could stay right were it is too. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][url=http://www.summitracing.com/search/?keyword=%23796w&dds=1] | |

| Mike, listen to the guys because they know what they are talking about.Buy something shiny for Robyn and go with cai above. The colder the air is the better the horsepower gain.Personally I doubt the difference in power will be worth the effort but it will SOUND faster.By the way your fenderskirts are on ebay and the info will be here shortly. |

| Does that air cleaner have a spot for the temp sensor to go in? That, I think, looks nicer than the dual snorkel setup anyway, because you'd have to take that big piece off any time you had to work on the engine basically, whereas with the open element, it's a much smaller piece, and sometimes you won't even need to remove it. |

Excellent! I can say from experience that the air cleaner alone adds at least 100 hp. It's the only mod needed to run with an LT1. | |
