| Hi Don! Yes. I'd be interested. How about Friday night, the 27th? For any others interested, we could assemble as usual in the Geneva Wegmans parking lot at 2:30-ish, and depart for Watkins Glen at 3:00 to get our tickets. Staging for the 5:00 PM run is at 4:30 at the track. I expect we'd be done by 5:45. The drive back to Geneva is pretty, and offers the possibility of heading up either the east or west side of the lake. There are a number of ice cream or food stops available (also wineries and breweries, but likely closed by that time of day). Details on the event are at: http://www.theglen.com/Tickets-Events/Drive-The-Glen.aspx | |

| I’m interested. Depends on if the wagon is road worthy then. It’ll be a last minute decision. | |

| I'm still game, but in reality, my whole wagonfest is up in the air. Family issue may force me to bail(funeral). But think if it's just 2 or 3 of us maybe we should rethink it. Still holding out hope I'll be able to make it. Peace | |

| If there is general agreement to the Friday time above proposed, then we could just wait until Friday and see what happens. Unless I get word through this thread that no one will be going, I'll be at the Wegmans parking lot at 2:30 PM on Friday. If one other wagon shows up, off we go. If not, I'll just go "grocery" shopping. Wegmans has a great beer selection to share during the Saturday sunrise service at the lake.
Don: sorry to hear that you might not make it. You'll be missed. | |

| Oh well. It was available when I started the thread (it still is on the table of available dates on the Drive the Glen website). The raceway also says the availability is likely to change. Good thing you caught it before anyone drove all the way down there.
If it's not raining, we can "Drive the Park" at the lake with beer at the finish line (near our tent) after 5 PM.
See all y'all in a few days. Safe travels everyone.
